The TS TECH team is comprised of dedicated individuals with an average of six years with TS TECH and ten plus years in the Information Technology Industry.  Our philosophy on hiring is to find people with outstanding communication abilities, great technical skills, and personable personalities who share a passion for technology.   

 

Everyone at TS TECH is required to hold at least one Microsoft Certification, and the technical staff is continually updating certifications.  For nearly ten years, TS TECH has been involved in the Microsoft Partner Program, and from 2008 to present we have been a Microsoft Silver or Gold Certified Partner.  Silver Certification is a distinction held by only the top 5% of Microsoft partners in the world.  To become a Microsoft Silver Certified Partner, member companies must first hire and retain individuals who have completed training and passed proctored exams denoting the individuals' competency in a specific Microsoft Product.  Second, member companies must execute projects in specific areas of Information Technology and receive customer references for successful completion of the project.  Third, member companies must submit to a random survey of customers by Microsoft and receive a positive annual customer satisfaction index score .  Finally, member partners must obtain required partner points in order to place as a Silver Partner.
