Going paperless  and “easy” might sound like it’s too good to be true, but we are doing our best to make the process of going paperless easy for you to learn by hosting a three part series designed to help Dentists and Office Managers transition to a paperless practice.  I am sending out email invites to our house list of dental offices inviting the Doctor or Office Manager to our March 23rd seminar.  Our goal is to help offices make the leap to paperless by bringing together experts from Softdent and Dentrix to discuss the pitfalls, requirements and process of take your dental office paperless.  This seminar is designed to greatly help you reduce the learning curve and time to becoming paperless.   The three event series kicks off March 23^rd and advance registration is required.  To learn more check out the event registration.

Bruce Schorle from TS Tech was featured by Symantec, the fourth largest software manufacture, in a video talking about how TS Tech uses Symantec Antivirus Software to limit and control virus infections.  While Bruce did venture to California last year on an all expenses trip courtesy of Symantec, this video was shot at TS Tech in Wyomissing.  During last year’s trip to Symantec, Bruce discussed the Symantec Antivirus tool with the product development team.  Needless to say, he captured Symantec's attention and in December 2011, Symantec flew a video crew in to film Bruce and Todd and one of our clients for about a day.  The first video to be released from the footage was used by Symantec in February at their Rome Italy conference, and then again at a series of 23 Nationwide IT conferences held for other IT companies throughout the US during February.   The original footage is still in post-production to be released focusing more on TS Tech and our client JDR Fixtures.  Keep an eye on our YouTube page for more updates, and checkout the current video interviews here!

Announcing a change to the TS Tech e-news:

TS Tech e-news will now be posted first in the blog as blog articles throughout the month.  The articles will be wrapped up and sent out at the end of each month in the e-news service and sent to our primary contacts as a printed newsletter.  Finally, that printed newsletter will also be available for download as a PDF under "News, Events & Info: IT Insight Newsletter."  The News & Events Blog section will now focus more topical news about TS Tech that were previously featured on the "News" page.  All the old News page posts have been moved to the blog for your historic reference.
