One Strange Lesson from Napa Reinforces the TS Tech Way

Wineries operate with a different set of rules then a traditional factory that produces goods for sale. The wine community created these rules to enhance the wine, and the artisan experience for the vintner and winemaker.

Recently my wife and I traveled to California to explore Napa and Sonoma county wineries. We like wine, but are not wine connoisseurs in any way. Before the trip, I didn't know I preferred Cabernet Sauvignon over all other red wines, and I certainly did not know how the wine industry worked, in earnest.

The parallels between the wine industry and TS Tech's business of managing and maintaining company's IT networks made an impact on me on a deep personal level that completely reinforced what I am doing at TS Tech.
