b2ap3_thumbnail_too_long_did_not_read_400.jpgWhen it comes to challenges, there’s no better place to turn to than the Internet. However, the Internet is also saturated with useless, time-wasting videos and articles that are meant to stimulate the mind and destroy boredom. In the face of all of this media, a lone CollegeHumor video challenges a user to endure boredom for a measly three minutes.

My First Pitch

b2ap3_thumbnail_schrole_pitch_400.jpgThis past weekend I had the privilege of throwing out the 'first pitch' at the Reading Fighting Phil's baseball game at FirstEnergy Stadium on June 7. TS Tech had purchased 500 seats at this game for the last two years to pass out to our clients as our annual, "Send IT to the Cloud Ballgame." Being a professional ballplayer must feel great when you take the field with the stands packed, the fans waving, and people asking you to sign your autograph. For me, it was intimidating at first when I walked out on the field. The distance between home plate and the pitching mound is further than it looks from the stands. To be honest I could be in better shape and I have never played baseball, so I was a bit worried about making the distance of the throw. The photo of me pitching the ball home is somewhat embarrassing. It looks like I was really concentrating and trying to throw the ball the distance.
